Obituary of Dorothy Vankoughnett

Vankoughnett, Dorothy (Westcott) a resident of Chatham passed away Friday, December 24, 2010 at the C.K.H.A., Chatham at the age of 82. She was born in Kingston daughter of the late Joseph and Edith (Cossan) Westcott. Loving mother of Caroline Kay, Betty McDonald, Rita Doom, Teresa Yacks, Herbert Vankoughnett, George Vankoughnett, Robert Vankoughnett and William Vankoughnett. Cherished grandmother of 35 grandchildren, 64 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. Loving sister of Walter Westcott, Bob Westcott, Herbert Westcott and Harold Westcott. Predeceased by daughter Rose McFadden, three sisters and one brother. The Vankoughnett family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria Street, Thamesville on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Cremation with interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg at a later date.
