Obituary of Douglas Moor

Moor: Douglas, a resident of Chatham, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the age of 81. Born in Chatham, son of the late Albert and Sarah (Snobelen) Moor. Beloved husband of the late Nancy (Letts) Moor (2009). Loving father of Ric Moor, Jeff Moor (Sherryl), Cheryl Mott (Keith), and Sheila Schaffer. Loving grandpa of Joel and Jared Moor, Andrea Taylor (Cody),Sarah Russell (Matt), Morgan, Avery, and Bennet Schaffer and great-grandchildren Julia, Sadie Rose, Madeline, Deklan,Bridgette, and Russell. Also survived by a sister-in-law Faye Letts. Predeceased by brothers Clarence and his late wife Norma Moor and Donald Moor. The Moor family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Tuesday evening from 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 11am.
