Obituary of Shirley Crawford

Crawford: Shirley (Smith), formerly of Chatham, passed away peacefully at the Tilbury Manor Nursing Home, on Saturday, December 25, 2010 at the age of 81. Born in Matheson, Ontario, daughter of the late Sydney and Mary (Chalmers) Smith. Beloved wife of the late Murrey Crawford (1999). Loving mother of Cheryl Crawford of Chatham and Debbie Decker of Guelph. Loving grandma of Jason Burgoone, Scott Burgoone (Michelle),and Christopher Decker. Sadly missed by her great-grandchildren Seth and Keira Burgoone. Dear sister-in-law of Gwen Smith of Chatham. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers James, Ivan, Richard, Carson and Doug. Friends and relatives are invited to the Unigasco Lounge at the Capitol Theatre, 235 King St. W., Chatham on Sunday, January 2, 2011 from 1pm - 3pm to Celebrate Shirley's Life with her family.
