Obituary of James Robinson
James Robinson, a resident of Chatham and formerly of Dresden, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Riverview Gardens Long Term Care Home at the age of 77. Born in Birmingham, England, beloved husband of the late Patricia Ann Robinson (2018). Loving father of Wayne Bellamy, Kim Robinson, Carl Robinson, and the late Gail Robinson. Sadly missed by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and his sister Mary. Predeceased by his brother, John. Jim is remembered for his services as a Special Forces Soldier with the British S.A.S. The Robinson family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Tuesday, Novmeber 19, 2019 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held from the Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Dresden Cemetery. Military guests active or retired are invited to wear their military uniforms. If desired, donations may be made by cheque to Riverview Gardens.
