So sorry to her of Ilene's passing. I have lots of memories from hockey & golf. Always liked our visits when we met.

Trish, Rex and family: Sorry to hear of your loss of your mom/grandmother. I always enjoyed our visits. Most recently several mornings at Tim Horton's. She will be missed. Hugs.
I will always remember Ilene's smile. She and my mother (Joanne) would go to Tim Hortons for coffee and timbits, doctor appointments and shopping. They would always go together for different church functions and I miss her already.
Will remember her fondly, and my condolences to all family members.

My most vivid memory of Ilene the community yard sale we had at my parents in Wardsville. I would be 12ish and she helped me at the table for the whole day. She helped me make transactions and let me know the fair price when people were trying to dicker us down in price.

Louise Long would like to send her condolences to Rex and Trish. There are so many wonderful memories of being neighbours in Wardsville and years of volunteering together with Beattie Haven auxiliary. Louise enjoyed visits with Ilene and getting caught up with what the family was up to. There are so many fond memories that Louise can't just pick one although she will always think of Ilene as a kind and happy person.
Aunte Ilene will be missed by our entire family. She was loved dearly by mom Shirley Parr for sure. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. We will remember her kind smile always.

Sorry for the loss of your Mother. She was a member of the Thamesville Happy Club for many years and also sang in the church choir for many years. We will miss her at the club.
