Todd: Bill a resident of Tupperville passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 58. Born in Chatham son of the late Wilbert and Verna (Manning) Todd. Beloved husband of Betty Ann Todd. Loving dad of Lesley Todd, Matthew Todd and Jason Todd (Nikki Caldwell). Cherished grandpa of Brenden, Madison, Ethan, Hailey and Ethan. Dear brother of Vera Todd Roberts and Norma Jay. Proud uncle of Christopher, Adam, Michael and Jordan. Special Friend of Sue and Jessica Robbins, Lesley Thomas, Josh Storms, Matt Storms, Larry, Kate, and Michelle Johnson. A private visitation and funeral service were held at the John C.
