Marilyn and family,
So sorry to read in the London paper of Lyle's passing. Hadn't seen him in a very long time. I thought of you guys often but the time just goes by. We haven't been down to Dresden area for ages as all the relatives have passed. We live in Exeter which isn't that far away. I remember your boys being at Aunt Gladys and going for ice cream cones with them. Hoping Lyle didn't suffer and you will have great memories of him.

I would like send sincere condolences to Marilyn and the entire Houston family. I recall the the many visits to the Houston home on Trerice Street in Dresden and the many dance parties Ken hosted in their basement. Lyle and Paul Dudley’s dad used to pick me up to work at Navistar while I was a student working there in the summer and I will always remember his kindness. He will be missed but surely not forgotten.

Marilyn, Mike, Doug, Susan and Families,
We were very sorry to hear of Lyle's passing. I will always remember Lyle at the golf course, arenas, race track and Tim Hortons. He was always fun to be around and had a great sense of humour.
Remember all the great memories as there certainly were many of them.
Lyle and Dad were friends all of their lives and never had a bad word between them. The Wicks Family and Houston Family have been closely knit for many years.

Marilyn, Mike, Bucket & family so sorry for your loss. Lyle will be missed.
I have a fond memory when Lyle, Ferd, Hands McFadden & I went with Ken and Barb to watch Ken's horse Lionel Hanover race at Roosevelt New York in 1979. Much to our disappointment it was a non-betting race and of course Lionel won by about 9 lengths.
There were about 10 people in the whole grandstand cheering him on as he cruised to victory.
