To the Babcock Family, so sorry for your loss. Keith was my favorite coach back in the minor hockey days. As fate would have it, after many years, I sat next to Keith and Donna at the last Dresden Hall of Fame dinner. It was a great night. We were able to share stories from back in those days but most importantly, I was able to tell Keith how much his efforts, all those years ago, meant to me. He knew how to get his point across in a way that always made you feel good about yourself. A very positive person. Heartfelt condolences to the entire family.

We were sorry to hear of Keith passing. He was a very good man and a friend to our family for many years. Dad and Keith spent many hours at the arena many years ago tying skates for five and six year old boys who were trying to learn how to play hockey.
I will miss his knowledge with the legends class for the Dresden Sports Hall of Fame as he would guide our committee through the Dresden athletes from the 50”s and 60’s.
Keith you will be missed by many as you touched the lives of young hockey players from Dresden and the surrounding area for many years as they looked up to you as a mentor and most of all a friend.
Rest In Peace Keith.
Gerald Wesley, Michael and Linda Wicks

Donna and Family,
When our family moved to Dresden, one of the first to meet us was Keith. He was not only the Line Supervisor for the PUC but a trusted friend and welcomed us to Dresden with open arms.
We tried to teach our children manners, you know with Mr and Mrs So-and-So, but with Keith it was always "Easy on the Mr!".
Always a welcoming smile and comment.
Thanks for all the great memories - Dresden has lost their Great One!

I am so sorry for the passing of Keith, that man always had a smile on his . I grew up in Dresden but moved away when I was 15 but I will always remember Keith it didn't matter if you were 5 ,9,12,20 ,40 and so on Keith always came up and talked to you with his smile which made you feel so comfortable around that man .I used to play over at the house once in awhile and Donna Keith and the kids treated you like you were part of the family. I moved to Wheatley in 75 but a van load of the Dresden boys come down to buy fish visit with my dad and Curly ,and when ever I went back to Dresden to visit I tried to make down to thr round table and have beer with the boys! Just loved sitting there and listening there was akut of knowledge there .Keith was a man I respected and listened to and Donna ,Doug,Lori Lynn and Babs my heart goes out to you! RIP Keith!!!

Condolences to the entire Babcock Family. I returned to work in Dresden in1990. This was the best decision of my career since I was privileged to work with Keith; my mentor, my role mode and my friend, not only during work but after hours as well. He welcomed me and treated me like family. Like a "cool uncle" would, the one that everyone should have. He often joked about taking me out behind the woodshed, just to sharpen me up. Not only Keith, but the rest of the family was always welcoming, Donna, Doug, Lori, Lynn and Shawn. All took me and my family in as if we were related. It is just the way of the Babcock's. Always lots of laughs and fun. All of Dresden's hearts are saddened. Keith will definitely be missed but not forgotten.
