Obituary of Don Depencier
Depencier, Don a resident of Chatham, passed away peacefully at the London Health Sciences Centre-University Campus on Monday, June 28, 2021 at the age of 74. Born in Thamesville, son of the late Ernie and Hazel Depencier. Loving father to the late Gary Depencier, Bryan Depencier, Brandon Depencier (Christine), and Susan Depencier (Chad Wilson). Cherished grandfather to Maddison Depencier, Brady Depencier, Mikayla Haskell, Travis Depencier, Brenden Depencier, Kylee Wilkinson, Celeste Adrian, and great-grandfather to Ella, Jase, Lylah, Lucas Haskell, and Brooklynn Wilson. Forever missed by his brother Wayne Depencier and predeceased by sister Grace Farley. Don drove truck for 50 years acrossed Canada and the United States.
The Depencier family will receive friends and relatives at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Friday, July 2, 2021 from 1:00-3:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, those wishing to attend the visitation must sign up for a scheduled time at https://signup.com/go/fZgMgPi. No one will be permitted without a scheduled time. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that everyone attending must wear a mask. A private family service will take place with Interment at Mayhew Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Those wishing to leave an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Alzheimer's Society.
