To Marion's family,
It was a pleasure to know this wonderful lady. I had the store in Dresden and got to know your Mom very well. There was a group of us that went out for lunch on Fridays. Marion always came early to visit with me. And yes she loved her clothes. Had her model a few times. She would talk fondly about all of you. I'm sure all of you have very fond memories of a Mom, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Marion rented our building, for her dress shop. She was enthusiastic and so fashionable. We were so happy to have her share her sense of style and good taste with us, in Ridgetown. Our condolences to her well loved family and friends.

Janna said it perfectly. There are so many memories of Boxing Day Christmases at the farm that will be part of us forever. How hard she worked to prepare all that food for all of us! The trays and trays of desserts on the kitchen table, the pudding, food to feed the troops! Grandma's way of showing love. And wow what a cook! The kids all running around in the old barn and playing in the laundry chute while the annual poker game was played. I always wanted you to know you were appreciated Grandma. All that hard work never went unnoticed. You are a part of me and will live on through my family. The stories will be shared throughout my lifetime and onto the next. A pillar of strength. I love you always ❤️

So many wonderful Christmas memories spent on Boxing Day always on grandma and grandpa’s farm in Wabash . Loved that farm! The guys playing cards downstairs all the grandkids playing and grandma and girls cooking a feast with of course grandma’s sticky bread pudding. Grandma was such a great cook . It was your own fault if you left hungry!
