Obituary of Marilyn Glover
Glover, Marilyn a resident of Dresden, passed away peacefully at the London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Campus on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the age of 66. Beloved wife of the late Melvin James Glover (2010). Cherished and loving mother to Diana & Dale Pietens, Cheryl Graham, Sherisse & Jeremy Hooper, and Ryan Glover. Grandmother to Amber, Connor Graham, and Justin Pietens. Dear sister to Madeline Dubuque (Leonard), Marg Hetherington (Bill "Hop" McFadden), and Larry McFadden (Diane). Marilyn is predeceased by her infant daughter, Lisa Marie Hooper, and by her siblings Shirley Barnes (late Jack), Ruth Authier (Cliff), Rose Degraw (Don), Stan "Buck" McFadden ( late Annette), Frederick Nicholson (Sharron).
The Glover family will receive friends and relatives at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 1:00-3:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, those wishing to attend the visitation must sign up for a scheduled time at https://signup.com/go/uNhTwmr. No one will be permitted without a scheduled time. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that everyone attending must wear a mask. A Private Funeral Service will take place with interment to follow at Dresden Cemetery. Those wishing to leave an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.
