Sending my condolences to the family. I used to live beside Kelsey and Charlene many moons ago. I still remember this absolutely heart warming and special man that would come to visit and make Kelsey’s day. Kelsey loved his visits and all the things he did with her and taught her. I would always hear big laughter from the kitchen when Sam was around. Lesley
