Obituary of Morley Curran
Joseph "Morley" Curran, a resident of Thamesville, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Riverview Gardens, Chatham at the age of 85. Born in Florence, the son of the late Joseph and Allie (Hubbard) Curran. Beloved husband of 64 years to Margaret (Stevenson) Curran. Loving father of Joseph, James (Catherine), Thomas (Tiffany) and David (Heather). Sadly missed by his grandchildren: Michelle, Jodi, Joseph, Matthew, Morley, Amanda, Joshua, Jordan, Nickolas; step grandchildren: Cody, Elizabeth, Daisy, Joseph and 14 great grandchildren. Dear brother-in-law of Frank Ricica. Fondly remembered by his nephews. Predeceased by brother Jack (Iona) and sister Suzanne. The family would like to thank the 5th floor of Riverview Gardens for their wonderful care and a heartfelt thank you to Catherine and Heather for all your help and support. The Curran family will receive family and friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Friday from 1:30-2:15 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, Thamesville on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 2:30 PM. Cremation with interment in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Bothwell at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada.
