Obituary of John Gartner

John Gartner, a resident of Ridgetown, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Four Counties Health Services at the age of 84. Born in Chatham, the son of  the late John and Katherine (Judt) Gartner. John is survived by his children Jamie McMaster (Kevin), John Gartner (Tammy), Jeannette Ashburn (Mike) and Jeff Gartner (Shelli); grandchildren Lyndsay Dell (Josh), Mandy Pegg (Ken), Nicole O'Rourke (Gary), Kyle Gartner (Sheila), Lacey Allen (Justin), Stacey Ashburn (Nathan), Adam Ashburn (Mia), Taylor Ashburn, Jacob Gartner, Curtis Gartner, Caleb Gartner and many great grandchildren. Also survived by sister MaryAn Langlois (late Len). Sadly missed by friend Doreen. Predeceased by sister Helma Penich (late Mike) and brother Peter Gartner (Randi). Family and friends will be received at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 11 am until the time of the memorial service at 12 p.m. Interment in Bothwell Cemetery.
