Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with her family.
When Wanda was a chap driver she drove us to a few medical appointments. On one of those rides, we were talking about me (Don) not having a car license and only having a motorcycle license for 25 years.
She said that she could help give me a few lessons as she was a retired drivers license instructor. She gave me lessons in her car and also let me use her car for the road test. Without her help, I would not have my driver's license.
She also helped a friend of mine (now deceased) whose 2 stepdaughters were having a hard time getting their license in Windsor, failing several times. Wanda took them out for lessens in Chatham, where we are happy to say that they both passed their road test.
Thanks to Wanda, we are all safely driving around today
God put her in our lives for a purpose. We were only in contact with her for a short time, but she has impacted our lives greatly. May she rest in peace.

Sorry to read of your Mother's death this morning. I went to Dresden high school with her when the present public school was a brand new high school for us. Also I am a retired hairdresser, so over the years we sometimes met up at hairdressing shows. You will treasure your many memories of her. My deepest condolences to you Al, Louane and Mark as well as to your families. I remember being at your house quite a bit growing up with you Louane and your mom always treated me well . Wanda was a good friend with my mom too when we were younger but we all tend to move apart as we grow older. A time like this is very difficult and it will get easier but right now don't be afraid to lean on those that are close to you and even those who aren't .

So sad the passing of your mother, she was a women that adapted to whatever Life threw at her, changing occupations, life changes, and eventual health changes.
She has found her peace and it surrounded by all her loved ones in heaven.
