My sincere condolences to the family during this most difficult time. May you find peace and comfort from one another, and in the words found in the Bible at Revelation 21:4. There God promises to wipe every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more. The Bible gives us hope for the future and can help us cope with todays sadness. May the words found there carry you through.

Dear Craven Sons, Daughters and Grandchildren of Dear Mary, please accept my and my family's sincere condolences on your Mom's passing. I have many fond memories of fun weekends spent at your beautiful farm house, Mary and Andy were the most welcoming and loving hosts I have had the privilege to know. We having moved from London ON to Toronto put such a distance between us and made if difficult to spend much time together.
I will always regret my failure to maintain that wonderful friendship.
I wish you all Peace at this time and always, you will have a treasure of wonderful memories to comfort you. Mary was one of a kind.

I would like to convey our deepest sympathy in the passing of a dear neighbour; I really don't know what our childhood would have been like without Mary's guidance in Explorers and CGIT at Chalmer's United Church all those years ago. She never had a bad word about anyone, and had a heart of gold ....... Mary gave to her community what so many of us lack today; and I really thank her for all that she taught us. Thoughts and prayers with all of you at this difficult time. The Shaw Family (Eberts)

Dear Family:
I was sad to learn of Mary's passing. It has been many years since we have had contact
with Mary and you. We have many fond memories of Mary and Andy's
kind ways and generosities. We came to Ebert as strangers/teachers and your
family made us one of the community.
Interesting to see that many of you are still in the Ebert area. I am sure that it is the same
friendly community that we, once experienced.
You will miss your mother but have many happy memories.
Our deepest sympathy,

We are truly saddened to hear that your Mom has passed on. I was just asking about her at the church supper on Friday night. Mary was one of the first lady's I met when I married and moved out to Eberts over 45 years ago. She was so welcoming She truly loved her farm life and her family. We always shared a laugh and a chat at the Chatham Retirement home where my Mom lived also. Her face always lite up when she spoke of ANDY,her family and there many German Shepards. Truly a wonderful woman Rip dear Mary.

It is with extreme sadness that we would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family of our Aunt Mary who passed peacefully away this week. So many fond memories of family gatherings ( complete with Kentucky Fried Chicken) at the farm in Chatham. Hay rides back into the bush at Thanksgiving, Weddings,Christmases and riding in various farm equipment that always amazed city kids. Aunt Mary was a kind compassionate lady, always welcoming you into your home and the only person I know who (almost) ironed her aluminum foil for reuse. Heaven has a new Angel.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I am the owner and stylist at A Perfect Setting at The Chatham Retirement Resort where I had the privilege to style Mary's hair weekly and get to know her very well. She spoke so foundly of all her family and truly felt blessed to have had such a great life. She nicknamed me Nicky after only knowing me for a short while and I always felt more like her friend than she was a client . I feel very blessed to have gotten to know Mary during her stay at The Chatham Retirement Resort.
