William (Bill) Wilson passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday, September 8th, 2018 at the age of 84. Born November 29th, 1933, son of the Late Charlie and Annie (Davis) Wilson. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy 'Eileen' (Langrell) Wilson (2018). Father of Janet (Jeff) VanSickle and Kathy (Allan) Butler. Missed by seven grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his niece, Anne Stevens and nephews, Jack and Mark Pretty. Predeceased by his son, Michael Wilson, his sister Shirley (Wilson) Pretty, grandson Christopher Wilson and by his in laws Roy and Mame (Anderson) Langrell. Friends will be received at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North Street, Dresden on Thursday, September 13, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 PM & 6:00-8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ian Marnoch officiating. Private Family Interment to follow at Black Creek Cemetery. Special thanks to the staff at The Oaks Retirement Village and Dr. Butler for the special care over the last few years.
