Obituary of Tony Buchta
Buchta: Anthony Joseph "Tony", formerly of Louisville, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Riverview Gardens, Chatham on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at the age of 90. Born in Chatham, son of the late Anthony Sr. and Mary (Gazarek) Buchta. Beloved husband of the late Helen Buchta (Thomas) (2001). Tony owned and operated his own trucking business for many years. Loving father of Patty Morgan (Dennis) of Dresden, Mary Buchta (Dan McQuillan) of Sarnia, Rose Buchta of Belle River, Tom Buchta (Marsha) of Kingsville. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Charlie Morgan (Brianna), Shauna Gibson (Jamie), Matthew Taylor, Madison Taylor, Owen Buchta, and great-grandchildren Walker and Nash Gibson. Predeceased by grandchildren Kym Nead (2021) and Jay Nead (1998). The Buchta family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Friday from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. (In order to attend visitation and funeral service you must show proof of 2 vaccinations and your identification, masks are required). The Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Interment Dresden Cemetery.
