I was just thinking about Aunt Myra’s unforgettable laugh - especially when her best friend, and love of her life, would give one of his witty punchlines that would leave us all laughing. I remember her smiling and taking in each moment. Whether the family was in the backyard by the pool while Uncle Paul barbecued, or sitting around the hot, cramped dinner table during a holiday gathering at Grandma and Grandpa’s house. No matter the scenery, she loved to take it all in and share funny memories and moments with the ones that she loved. And she loved fiercely. You could see it in her eyes when she spoke to her grandchildren and watched on as they would do the silly things that kids do. Aunt Myra was also incredibly proud of her great-grandson, Cohen, who has a heart that is bigger than his body. She even had a deep love for animals. I remember Lisa and I sleeping in the downstairs rec room and Aunt Myra making her way down super early in the morning to tend to Toby, the family cocker spaniel, who was awaiting his breakfast to fill his hungry belly. Or maybe he was just awaiting early morning affection from her.
Aunt Myra meant a lot to our family and I will miss her immensely. Sam and Lisa - your Mom was an amazing lady, and I feel privileged to have known her. I know you will miss her deeply. I’ll be keeping you both in my thoughts and in my heart during this sad time. I take comfort in knowing the strong bond that you both have with each other as sisters, and best friends, as you navigate this grief. There is a celebration in heaven with her best friend embracing her with open arms and a celebration here in our hearts as we remember how she made the world a better place with her kindness.
We are thinking of all of Aunt Myra’s family and friends who shared in loving her and wishing peace, comfort, and grace to each to all during this tender time.
Sharing in your sadness,
The Bowser Family

Our condolences Sam + Lisa.
We have happy memories of driveway visits with your parents on Livingstone over the years… the last time back in summer of 2021… time passes so quickly.
Mum always enjoyed it when Myra popped over for a cup of tea and chat.
You’re in our thoughts.
