Obituary of Myra Theresa Moore

Myra Theresa Moore, a resident of Dresden for 35 years, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 71. Born in Montreal, Quebec, the daughter of the late Milton and Phyllis (Hopkins) Scully. Beloved wife of the late Paul Moore (2021). Myra was a member of the Dresden Community Church. She enjoyed helping with the lunches and the library, and attending bible studies and the women's groups. She loved the family trips to Disney and the cottage in Parry Sound, and babysitting her grandchildren. Myra also had a love of reading and watching movies. Her family will cherish their memories of the many summer hours spent around the pool. Loving mother of Sandra Zruna (Chris) and Lisa Revell (Neal). Cherished grandmother of Dean, Ryan (Allison), Leah and Taryn. Proud great grandmother of Cohen. Dear sister of Colleen, Sheila, Martha, Mandy, Marny, John, the late Bill, the late Danny, the late Mary, and their spouses and partners. Loved sister-in-law of Pam (Ken) and Dave (Jean). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and good friends.  A memorial service will be held at the Dresden Community Church on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
